Business Analyst with Oracle Forms Skills

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have:

  1. 5+ Experience as Business Analyst
  2. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Administration, Logistics, Agrobusiness, or a related field
  3. Knowledge of Agribusiness Origination Process / CTRM – Commodity Trading Risk Management
  4. Expert ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and design technical solutions
  5. Advanced knowledge of Brazil Localization and invoicing
  6. Knowledge of hedge, logistics, credit, transshipment (troca-notas), invoice exchange, pricing, and contracts
  7. Requirements collection and specifications document generation

Good to Have:

  1. Technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports (6i and onward), PL SQL, libraries, objects, menus, Data Structure, Interfaces, DevOps
  2. Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes
  3. Knowledge of Oracle database objects, triggers, packages, functions, procedures, tables, etc.
  4. Application development and testing – Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Forms and Reports Builder
  5. SAP functional knowledge on ACM Module is a plus
  6. Advanced English is a plus

Key Responsibilities/Expectations from the Role:

  1. Support Origination Environment and/or project demands
  2. Interface and relationship with client management and end-users
  3. Work hands-on to fix defects, incidents, and service requests; work on change requests
  4. Perform reviews for performance optimization and best practices
  5. Create Functional Specification Documents
  6. Adhere to SLAs and priorities, incident management, change management process, and commit to deliver
