We are looking for Business Analyst With Oracle Forms Skills, who wants to learn and transform his career.



Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have

1. 5+ Experience as Business Analyst

2. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Administration, Logistic, Agrobusiness or a related field ;

3. Knowledge on Agribusiness Origination Process / CTRM – Commodity Trading Risk Management

4. Expert ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and design technical solutions.

5. Advanced knowledge on Brazil Localization and invoicing

6. Knowledge on hedge, logistics, credit, transshipment (troca-notas), invoice exchange, pricing and contracts

7. Requirements collections and specifications document generation

Good to Have 8. Technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports (6i and onward), PL SQL, libraries, objects, menus, Data Structure, Interfaces, DevOps,

9. Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.

10. Knowledge of Oracle database objects, triggers, packages, functions, procedures, tables etc.

11. Application development and testing – Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Forms and Reports Builder.

12. SAP functional knowledge on ACM Module is a plus / Advanced English is a Plus

SN Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role

1. Support Origination Environment and/or projects demands

2. Interface and relationship with client management and end-users

3. Working hands on and should be able to fix the defects, Incidents, Service Requests. Work on Change requests.

4. Perform Reviews for performance optimization, and best practices

5. Create Functional Specification Documents

6. Adhere to SLAs and Priorities, incident Management, Change Management process and committed to deliver.
