Business Analyst With Oracle Forms Skills,

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must Have1. 5+ Experience as Business Analyst2. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Administration, Logistic, Agrobusiness or a related field ;3. Knowledge on Agribusiness Origination Process / CTRM – Commodity Trading Risk Management4. Expert ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and design technical solutions.5. Advanced knowledge on Brazil Localization and invoicing6. Knowledge on hedge, logistics, credit, transshipment (troca-notas), invoice exchange, pricing and contracts7. Requirements collections and specifications document generationGood to Have 8. Technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports (6i and onward), PL SQL, libraries, objects, menus, Data Structure, Interfaces, DevOps,9. Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.10. Knowledge of Oracle database objects, triggers, packages, functions, procedures, tables etc.11. Application development and testing – Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Forms and Reports Builder.12. SAP functional knowledge on ACM Module is a plus / Advanced English is a PlusSN Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role1. Support Origination Environment and/or projects demands2. Interface and relationship with client management and end-users3. Working hands on and should be able to fix the defects, Incidents, Service Requests. Work on Change requests.4. Perform Reviews for performance optimization, and best practices5. Create Functional Specification Documents6. Adhere to SLAs and Priorities, incident Management, Change Management process and committed to deliver.
