Com o objetivo de: proporcionar a melhor experiência possível para os empreendedores durante o Sparks:
- Agendar e acompanhar treinamento dos facilitadores
- Planejar os bootcamps de aceleração com o time
- Atualizar material das facilitações quando necessário
- Acompanhar os bootcamps dando suporte aos facilitadores
- Auxiliar proativamente empreendedores com suporte para dúvidas e resolução de problemas
- Coletar respostas e analisar formulários de avaliação para transformar dados em melhorias para o Sparks
- Gravar e editar vídeos necessários para Sparks, assim como as gravações dos bootcamps feitas na plataforma
- Cursando qualquer curso superior (a partir do 2º ano)
- Organização e autonomia
- Pensamento analítico
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita
- Aprendizagem rápida
- Saber lidar com imprevistos
- Proatividade e empatia para auxiliar os empreendedores
- Paixão por ajudar pessoas
- Networker: capacidade de juntar pessoas e propósitos
- CX (Customer Experience)
- Inglês avançado/fluente
- Experiência em startups (desejável)
- Trabalhar em uma aceleradora fazendo parte do dia a dia de inovadores de todo o Brasil
