Learning Program Specialist We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Professional to create high-impact learning programs that drive business growth and employee success. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training solutions that enhance employee performance and productivity. Design and deliver end-to-end learning programs, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity. Create engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers. Evaluate and reinforce learning through post-training assessments and micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and consistent application. Key Responsibilities: Learning Program Design: Create comprehensive learning programs that align with business goals and objectives. Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions to employees across the organization. Content Development: Develop engaging and informative training content that meets the needs of diverse learners. Performance Analysis: Analyze learner performance and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree: In a related field such as Education, Training, or Human Resources. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in instructional design tools.
