ResponsibilitiesServe as the country product leader for Keeta's overseas market operations, Establish and manage local product and product operations teams, and collaborate closely with the Country General Manager (GM) and Functional Manager (FM) to drive business objectives from a product perspective.Develop and manage local country's product ecosystem. Conduct competitive analysis of local market players, design and implement localized product strategies, and ensure successful product launches and sustained growth in the target market.Lead critical product and business initiatives at the country level. Oversee end-to-end project management, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.Conduct in-depth market and user research by building market research frameworks, user feedback mechanisms, and performance metric systems to proactively identify potential opportunities and challenges for the business teams, driving continuous product and business iteration and optimization.Manage the entire product operations lifecycle — from demand management and product launches to ROI analysis, data analysis, and continuous optimization — ensuring operational excellence and measurable outcomes.Establish efficient cross-border (and cross-time-zone) communication and collaboration processes. Build a stable, long-term network of partnerships to enable seamless alignment across product and operations teams and accelerate business growth.QualificationsProven experience in a senior product leadership role (e.G., Head of Product, Principal PM), or across multiple product domains, with deep strategic and domain insight.Demonstrated success in leading complex, ambiguous, and data-driven product and operational initiatives, with strong case examples.Excellent cross-cultural communication skills;
experience managing global teams. Fluent in English and comfortable using it as a working language. Willingness to take on long-term overseas assignments.Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, mobility, or global internet companies is highly preferred.产品负责人岗位职责:

具备互联网公司产品经理管理一号位,或跨多产品领域经验,在专业领域具有深度认知和洞察; 有较为复杂模糊度高的分析、产品、运营项目的实战经验和案例;优秀的跨文化沟通能力,能高效管理跨国(跨时区)团队,英语流利能作为工作语言,能够接受较长周期的跨国外派。有外卖/电商/出行业务或国际化互联网公司同类经验者优先
