Key Role: Customer Growth Specialist The primary objective of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to clients by answering their inquiries and resolving problems related to the use of designated client products or services. This includes possessing analytical thinking skills to identify opportunities for content and performance enhancements, as well as providing expert advice on process improvements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to deliver high-quality, consultative service to clients. Responsibilities: Supporting clients in a multilingual team environment by advising them on their accounts. Establishing contact with clients through various channels such as phone, chat, and email after scheduling appointments. Assisting clients in integrating their website, store, or account and resolving technical challenges that may arise. Applying an analytical approach to identify opportunities for content and performance enhancements and advising clients on potential process improvements.
