Overview We are looking for Senior Manager, Agreement Management for our Americas, South Region . The main goal of this position is to build and manage a strong team of Agreement Managers and Agreement management professionals to deliver excellent results and successful Long Term Service Agreements. You will be part of a Regional Sales and Operations team within AMER for Region South. You will be reporting to the GM Operations Region South. The preferred location is Brazil . Wärtsilä Energy leads the transition towards a 100% renewable energy future. We help our partners to accelerate their decarbonisation journeys through our market-leading technologies and power system modelling expertise. These cover decarbonisation services, future-fuel enabled balancing power plants, hybrid solutions, energy storage and optimisation technology, including the GEMS Digital Energy Platform. Responsibilities Lead the team of Agreement Managers in AMER Region South (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay) to ensure that the scope of the service agreement is delivered to customers according to Agreement Management best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders/support functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on contract expectations. Follow-up customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken in the assigned region. Ensure that the Agreements in the region are executed in accordance with Wärtsilä Services guidelines, the Agreement Management process, and general management practices in a safe and cost-effective way. Implement all Agreement Management / Sales related IM tools & practices including CRM, Sales funnel, Estimo, CMT, QlikView, Qlik Sense etc. Put customers first - Prioritize actions leading to increasing customer satisfaction. Continuously develop an understanding of how to create value for customers and customers business. Follow up on customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken in the area or in the assigned responsibility area. Promote the company´s values, strategic priorities and the Wärtsilä Way within the Agreements team. Ensure renewals of contracts and seek opportunities to move our customers up the value ladder. Implement Agreement Management action plans, processes, and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area. Ensure optimization of assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets, etc. tied to the Agreements. Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution relates to QHES policies and procedures in the region. Follow up financial, operative, and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions. Excellent understanding of Service Agreements and products from technical and contractual perspective. Engineering /Business similar. Has a strong commercial & contractual understanding. Has coaching skills to stretch the team performance.
