**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of Marketing - Brand Marketing
The role is responsible for leading the development of Lucky Strike´s strategy and plans in Latam South based on the company strategy & business objectives.
**Reports to**:Brand Manager
**Reporting Level**: Management
**Geographic Scope**:Latam South
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Development and execution of brand marketing plans by leading and delivering projects working effectively with multiples stakeholders, cross functional teams, end markets and agencies throughout Latam South.
- Ensures that “Luckys” projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters and negotiates changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.
- Prepares and monitors team’s and project cost to serve to manage spending within budgets.
- Strong focus on extracting and analysing data and obtaining insights and identify key data points that can help in decision making
- Work with Trade Marketing & Distribution in the preparation of engagement programmes and cycle plan activities to ensure brand strategies and objectives are effectively executed and evaluated at field level.
- Work with Regional and Local communications agency to ensure correct adaptation and deployment of Luckies campaigns throughout LATAM SOUTH.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree holder in Business Administration, Engineering and/or Marketing or any field related.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Professional English. Portuguese and/or Spanish are desired.
- Experience in brand marketing role, managing large scale marketing projects preferably in FMCG environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills are critical for this role and ability to work across different cultures, countries, and time-zones throughout Latam South.
- Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong feeling of ownership/accountability and drive for results.
- Experience desired in trade and/or consumer insights, implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
