**BAT BRAZIL** **IS LOOKING FOR A LATAM SOUTH INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER**

**LOCATION**:Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of Marketing - Brand Marketing (Combustibles).

The role is responsible of** **the internal communications agenda its development and performance.

**Reports to**:Senior Brand Manager

**Reporting Level**:Management

**Geographic Scope**:Latam South

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Shaping the strategy of the internal communications agenda for Latam South to ensure messages land in an effective way.
- Managing and developing internal communication channels to improve employee engagement.
- Work closely with the agencies and comms teams to ensure the alignment in terms of internal messaging.
- Actively participate in different programs and engagement projects (culture).
- Provide support to the strategies and releases of internal communications.
- Ensure the alignment with the global communications strategy.
- Budget control and management.
- People management.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related.
- Advanced English Language level.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Individual with an Entrepreneurial Spirit and Leadership skills.
- Previous experience working with Internal Communications Development and Communication (offline and online).
- Desirable knowledge of the different communication channels.
- Desirable Intermediate - Advanced Spanish Language level.
- Travel Required: 10%
