**Responsabilidades**:
Ø Technical product support to LATAM + Iberia region under CTO's lead.
Ø Work on the homologation plan and achieve the stablished targets.
Ø Attend technical meetings with customers, delivering Shemar's added value for every product line.
Ø Technical interface between customers and BD Managers, responsible on the revision of customer's specifications, frame contracts, auctions, etc.
Ø Technical interface with HQs teams, responsible of reviewing all the technical documentation delivered to customers (drawings, technical data sheets, etc).
Ø Self-ability to prepare 2-D drawings, fulfill technical data sheets, and all the other related task to technical support on his/her own.
Ø Attend customer's factory audits or visits, when needed.
Ø Attend laboratory tests, when needed.
Ø Support internal R&D, Technical and Quality projects.
Ø Participate in technical organization like IEC, CIGRE, etc. Support regional technical exhibitions.
Ø Any other task assigned by the HQs CTO.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering. Major in electrical or mechanical engineering will be considered an advantage.
- Spanish and Portuguese. Fluent in English.
Experience
- More than 5 years of experience in the design and development of insulator products for power transmission and distribution overhead lines and substations, including Line Insulators, Line Post Insulators, Brace Line Post Insulators and Station Post insulators.
- Experienced in customer qualification and certification.
- Experienced in technical meetings with utilities and product value promotion.
- Experience in insulator product manufacturers, electrical utilities or laboratories.
- Experience in standards and/or T&D bodies (IEC, CIGRE, ANSI, CSA,.).
Knowledge
- Possess understanding of local transmission network system specifications and design practices.
- Familiar with transmission external insulation products of standards such as IEC 61109, IEC 61952, IEC 62217, etc.
- Have knowledge of product costs and other related commercial information.
- Familiar with external insulation product technical parameters, product structure, manufacturing process of insulator.
- Familiar with finite element software tools and 3D CAD suites will be considered an advantage.
