Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. This hybrid role allows for some work from home. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to meet sales targets, while leading the team of Latam South Cone, The role requires actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Lead Sales, Support and Technical Team
- Innovation and proactive actitud
- Knowledge of Seismic Interpretation, Geosciences, and Energy Sector
- Skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PipeDrive software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
- Bachelor's degree in Geosciences, Business, IT, Petroleum, or related field
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus
