Overview

Senior Data Analyst - Marketing at Deel. This role focuses on partnering with the marketing organization to drive growth through data-driven insights and scalable analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Marketing Analysts, Analytics engineers, and Digital Analytics Managers
  • Partner with the marketing team on cross-functional projects to increase efficiency and scale the business
  • Design and build dashboards and self-service tooling in Looker to enable a large, multi-faceted growth organization to do their best work
  • Collaborate with the analytics engineering team to build a clean, scalable marketing data modeling infrastructure in Snowflake (using dbt)
  • Work with Marketing Leadership on complex questions to inform growth strategies
  • Analyze landing pages, run A/B tests, audiences, segments, ads, and creatives
  • Drive target audience segmentation, attribution modeling, lead generation analytics, and optimization of paid and unpaid channels
  • Own and optimize data connections within the marketing stack to provide the right data to stakeholders
  • Design and implement the best attribution model strategy
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a data analytics role
  • Hands-on experience with Looker
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
