Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide required links between TA sales and current service personnel with Waters MX administrative support team
- Responds to customer inquiries and acts as a liaison between customers and internal personnel.
- Oversees backlog of orders and ensures timely release for shipment and invoicing
- Assist technical sales and service group with documentation, obtaining required bond for tenders.
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree with experience in order processing, order tracking, pursing payables, tracking and managing inventory of consumables and spare parts.
- Order processing systems and Microsoft Office Products Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Professional and courteous phone manner; responds promptly to customer needs.
- Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and has the ability to make practical decisions without advance preparation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work activities and to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously.
