Job Description:

To provide support and assistance to drive departmental efforts related to process administration.


Necessary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the PMS system.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to follow up on different actions.
  • Accurately process invoices in compliance with defined A/P procedures.
  • Manage complaint intake and efforts to obtain information.
  • Generate complaint handling follow-up, communication with customers, and letter submission. Reach the end customer if necessary to obtain evidence of the complaint.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet proficiently for creating documents.
  • Store physical PMS data.
  • Update data in the PMS portal log or CQ.
  • Perform other assignments as required from time to time by management.
  • Review records and guarantees as applicable.
  • Generate weekly intake reports and follow up to management.
  • Perform general office and administrative support duties including scanning, copying, and printing documents; preparing, editing, and proofreading documents; sending meeting announcements and reminders.
  • Request purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College degree.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
  • Business Administration or similar career experience.
  • A self-starter with organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Portuguese and English language proficiency - advance level.
