Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our global customers.

This role involves troubleshooting technical issues in custom applications, analyzing and solving incidents using various tools and technologies, and building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

About This Role
  • Provide timely and accurate support to software-related queries from regional and international customers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in custom applications using VB.NET, SQL, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in collaboration with global colleagues.
  • Document case information and maintain a knowledge base for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical skills through training, hands-on work, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Technical education or relevant experience in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software support and/or development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote or partially remote setup.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or other similar languages.
  • Understanding of database management systems and query languages like SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
