Resumo da função:
Buscamos Especialista em Segurança e Conformidade Esta função é responsável pela entrega e melhoria contínua dos sistemas CHC SMS dentro da unidade de negócios.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Conduzir, liderar e coordenar a equipe de auditores para garantir a execução eficaz do programa de auditorias de qualidade, promovendo a conformidade com as normas e regulamentos aplicáveis;
- Realizar investigações detalhadas de ocorrências internas relacionadas à manutenção de aeronaves, incluindo análise crítica dos eventos e formulação de recomendações práticas e seguras;
- Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos de segurança abrangentes para colaboradores de diferentes áreas da empresa, assegurando que todos compreendam e integrem práticas seguras;
- Colaborar com gerentes de departamentos locais na implementação de atividades específicas de segurança, incluindo gerenciamento de mudanças, avaliações de riscos, e desenvolvimento de ações corretivas e preventivas (CPA) para fortalecer a cultura de segurança;
Monitorar e analisar relatórios de segurança proativos e reativos, identificando tendências e áreas de melhoria, e garantindo a implementação de medidas corretivas quando necessário.
Qualificações, Habilidades & Atributos:
- Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica / Elétrica / Mecatrônica / Aeronáutica
- Auditor líder
- Conhecimentos avançados de Excel e pacote office
- Habilitação de Mecânico de manutenção aeronáutica
- Experiência na manutenção de helicópteros
- Curso de manutenção das Aeronaves AW139 e S-92
- Experiência com legislação aplicada a operação de manutenção de aeronaves (RBAC 43, 63, 91, 120, 135, 145)
- Investigação de ocorrências aeronáuticas
- Treinamento do HFCAS
- Conhecimentos de gestão de risco
- Inglês Avançado
