A CHC do Brasil busca por pessoas **ESPECIALISTA EM SEGURANÇA E CONFORMIDADE**.
**Responsabilidades**:
Liderar e coordenar a equipe de auditores para assegurar a execução eficaz das auditorias de qualidade e a conformidade com normas e regulamentos;
Realizar investigações detalhadas de ocorrências internas de manutenção de aeronaves, com análise crítica e recomendações seguras;Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos de segurança para colaboradores, promovendo a integração de práticas seguras;
Colaborar com gerentes locais na implementação de ações de segurança, como gerenciamento de mudanças e avaliações de riscos;
Monitorar relatórios de segurança, identificando tendências e implementando medidas corretivas quando necessário.
Qualificações, Habilidades & Atributos:
Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica / Elétrica /Mecatrônica / Aeronáutica;
Experiência como Auditor líder;
Conhecimentos avançados de Excel e pacote office;
Experiência na manutenção de helicópteros;
Experiência com legislação aplicada a operação de manutenção de aeronaves (RBAC 43, 63, 91, 120, 135, 145);
Investigação de ocorrências aeronáuticas / HFCAS;
Conhecimentos de gestão de risco;
Inglês Avançado.
