**An Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Global Commercial Organization and report to the Operations Manager - Brazil.****You will be responsible to perform the end-to-end logistic activities, that goes from Order to HQ in India to Delivery on the Dealer/Final Customer, mainly focused on Aftersales Business Unit (Parts, Apparel/Clothing, Accessories and Brand Identification Material), timely reporting submission, Budget & forecast maintenance & helping on business controlling as well as business administration.**Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:- Manage import process focused on After Sales Business Unit- Plan costs and organize Operation of importation- Manage the daily basis operation of the Warehouse, proposing controls, KPIs and guaranteeing proper distribution of Aftersales Business Unit material- Support the business with proposal of strategies and improvements on the end-to-end chain- Manage the different vendors (broker, tax classification, translation) as well as communicate with internal customer on a daily basis, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance on the import processes of Royal Enfield- Daily communication with the international team, tracking orders, organizing shipments and escalating issues whenever needed.- Present monthly reports with processes trackers and general analysis of the operation- Track costs of the importation process and work on strategies to reduce it.- Audit support / Internal Control- Validate and control the payments related to Aftersales Import operation- Administration Bachelor's Degree (Full Time)- Logistics / International Trade Bachelor’s Degree- Fluent english (Spoken/Written- 5+ years of relevant experience*- Automotive industry with handling of importation of spare parts- Strong knowledge of Brazil’s Customs regulation mainly focused in Automotive industry- SAP MM and SD module**Salary**: From R$5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- São Paulo - SP : Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
