Technical Support & Onboarding Specialist At Starshipit, we’re on a mission to empower retailers to deliver great shipping experiences. As a Technical Support & Onboarding Specialist , you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Starshipit for our new and existing customers. Whether you’re resolving a support ticket, guiding a retailer through setup, or troubleshooting a technical issue, you’ll make a lasting impact by ensuring every customer feels supported, understood, and empowered to succeed. This role will be working remotely full time What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for customer support queries - triaging, resolving, or escalating as needed. Confidently resolve first-level support tickets and technical questions with clarity and care. Proactively manage onboarding journeys, ensuring customers get set up efficiently and hit their key milestones. Troubleshoot issues with accuracy and urgency, collaborating with product and engineering where necessary. Maintain momentum across your onboarding and support workflows without losing sight of detail. Strive for top-notch customer satisfaction Help improve internal processes by identifying customer pain points, feedback themes, and opportunities.
