In our high-octane world, you'll tackle customer issues head-on, from simple guidance to complex technical challenges. Your mission: Deliver exceptional service, solve problems end-to-end, and turn challenges into victories. What You'll Be Doing: Engage with customers through chats, emails, and calls, providing stellar support and solutions. Dive deep into inquiries and technical troubles, diagnosing and resolving customer issues. Provide alternative solutions to retain and delight customers and clients. Conduct follow-ups and manage callbacks, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn. What You'll Need to Succeed: Exceptional communication skills, adept in various interactions. A keen desire to create outstanding customer experiences. Analytical prowess and logical problem-solving skills. A sense of ownership, treating each situation responsibly and diligently. Meticulous attention to detail, with a continuous learning mindset. Fluency in Portuguese. Upper intermediate English skills for internal communication within our diverse, multinational team. Fundamental understanding of prompt engineering, with the ability to effectively interact with AI technologies. Basic knowledge of SQL. Nice To Have: Familiarity with programming languages, especially Ruby or Python. Passion for technology, particularly tools like ChatGPT, and their potential to transform customer experiences.
