We celebrate wins and share the wealth with a high -performance-centric culture that empowers talented people to try new roles, innovate and experiment, and follow their passions.Job Summary**Responsibilities**:- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Paycor’s products, features and usage- Responsible for the configuration of client database within Paycor systems to meet all business requirements using supporting documentation- Verify all necessary information and details have been obtained/extracted from the client via documentation or reporting, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders as needed to ensure data is fully accurate- Ensure all data is recorded, balanced and reconciled to the clients’ reports- Maintain documentation of discrepancies, errors, changes, and communications that occurred during configuration, and collaborate with necessary stakeholders to identify appropriate resolution- Troubleshoot issues or concerns with configuration setup, communicating results as required- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status of setup/project, adhering to timelines and communicating progress- Manage configuration from initialization to finalization, effectively communicating timelines and executing on the project on behalf of the customer.- Provide flexible support across functional teams to support spikes in high volume as needed**Requirements**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.- High school graduate or equivalent required; four-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing position; prior implementation, project management, or SaaS industry experience preferred.- Prior Payroll, Time, local tax, HR and or Benefits experience preferred- Intermediate MS office skills required- Technical aptitude: ability to adapt to frequent system and tool updates- Demonstrated proficiency in data manipulation- Sharp attention to detail and data entry skills- Possess strong organization and time management skills, must be able to prioritize tasks based on delivery dates, other milestones and perform well under deadline pressures- Ability to effectively solve problems by balancing detailed questions with creative solutions.- High level of personal accountability and team engagement- Ability to interface with multiple departments and work both independently and in a team environment- Must be able to work requested overtime hours, which may also include weekends, during peak volumes- Requires business English proficiency equivalent to a level B1 CEFR or higherPaycor Total RewardsTake Care of Each Other is one of our Guiding Principles and it’s something we actively pursue through the benefits we offer.
