Overview Commercial Specialist – Sportsbook role at Flutter Brazil . Learn more at: Responsibilities Plan and execute promotions for the website, such as Super Odds, sports promotions, and campaigns for the launch of new features. Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions to generate reports and insights. Create attractive promotions aligned with the company’s strategy. Develop campaign briefs and collaborate on creative production. Conduct competitor benchmarking and propose improvements to promotional campaigns. Collaborate in building the promotional calendar and retention initiatives. Prioritize and track product performance. Organize and highlight games with a focus on performance. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Previous experience in marketing, commercial, or promotional roles. Ideally a sports or football enthusiast, with interest in the industry. English is mandatory. Content management experience is a plus. Previous iGaming experience is highly important, especially in sports betting. Additional qualifications Experience in marketing or commercial roles, preferably in sports betting, e-commerce, or fintech. Knowledge of tools like Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, and basic understanding of Google Analytics. Analytical skills to measure results and generate actionable insights. Creativity to develop innovative and impactful campaigns. Strong communication and writing skills to produce clear and persuasive content. Nice to have Experience with CRM or marketing automation. Familiarity with the industry and/or sports. Additional information Location: Preferably São Paulo (capital), with availability to travel (not limited to Brazil).
