Commercial Specialist

**Responsibilities and Attributions** Responsibilities and Assignments**:
- Plan and execute promotions for the website, such as Super Odds, sports promotions, and campaigns for the launch of new features.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions to generate reports and insights.
- Create attractive promotions aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Develop campaign briefs and collaborate on creative production.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and propose improvements to promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate in building the promotional calendar and retention initiatives.
- Prioritize and track product performance.
- Organize and highlight games with a focus on performance.
**Requisites and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Previous experience in marketing, commercial, or promotional roles.
- Ideally a sports or football enthusiast, with interest in the industry.
- English is mandatory.
- Content management experience is a plus.
- Previous iGaming experience is highly important, especially in sports betting.
**Additional qualifications**:
- Experience in marketing or commercial roles, preferably in sports betting, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Knowledge of tools like Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, and basic understanding of Google Analytics.
- Analytical skills to measure results and generate actionable insights.
- Creativity to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
- Strong communication and writing skills to produce clear and persuasive content.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with the industry and/or sports.
**Addtional Informations** Location**: Preferably São Paulo (capital), with availability to travel (not limited to Brazil).
