Sportsbook Specialist

**As our Sportsbook Specialist you will**:
- Manage the event planning process the Brazilian market in collaboration with the Marketing and Sportsbook CRM team to design and develop the best Sports localized offers for retention, acquisition, cross-selling, churn prevention, upselling and reactivation.
- Collaborate with the rest of the sport team and other stakeholders to implement profitability initiatives including but not limited to player profiling, and trading performance evaluations.
- Support the Sportsbook Coordinators and Assistants in the day-to-day operational tasks.
- Collaborate closely with our third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure our offering remains up to date for all markets and that all product features are performing as expected.
- Assist the Sportsbook Tech Team in testing and suggesting new functionalities.
- Work with multiple teams to ensure consistent site experience and customer journeys across all channels.
- Evaluate, enhance and document existing or new functionalities, features, and processes.
- Assist the Sportsbook Operations team by managing projects related to the Free to play product and Sports Betting Integrity.
- Report and present operational and marketing activities to different teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Business Analysts, and other internal stakeholders to ensure our offering remains compliant, relevant and effective.
- Assist with Sportsbook educational training and workshops with other departments.
- Act as a sports ambassador within the business and establish a knowledge base of Sportsbook within the company.
**Your areas of knowledge and experience include**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Sportsbook-oriented role.
- Genuine passion for sports and sports betting.
- Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrates ambition, fast learning abilities and commits to ongoing learning and development with a drive for success.
- Trading, player management or risk management experience is a plus.
- Exhibits adaptability in both working hours and responsibilities, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Team player with the willingness to share knowledge and learn.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English; another language is a plus.
