Design Visionary - Lead Creative Growth Transformative design leader with a track record of scaling high-performing teams and driving strategic growth. This role is instrumental in defining the creative direction, overseeing execution, and ensuring consistency across branding, UI/UX, and visual communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation; Develop and implement the overall design strategy and creative direction aligned with business objectives and client needs; Oversee the quality of all design deliverables, ensuring usability, alignment with brand and product goals, and consistency throughout the organization; Provide mentorship and guidance to designers, promoting professional development and skill growth; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Business Development) to integrate design into broader strategic initiatives; Represent the design function in executive-level discussions, contributing to business planning and positioning design as a strategic advantage; Evaluate and maintain design systems, creative processes, and Uitify's visual identity; Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and industry benchmarks to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital and brand design. Requirements Strategic design leader with: 10+ years of experience in digital design, branding, or UI/UX, including at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role; A strong portfolio demonstrating impact, leadership in creative direction, and experience across web and branding work; Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, and relevant prototyping tools; Ability to lead and scale multidisciplinary design teams in fast-paced environments; Business acumen to translate business goals into design strategy; Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
