About the Role:
You will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders. This includes collaborating with business partners and departments such as sales, distribution, IT, Finance, and service providers.
- Risk analysis and underwriting, including assessing clients' background information and rating scores.
- Data collection and streamlining.
- Supporting senior team members and stakeholders with presentations, data gathering, report writing, and maintaining databases and data pipelines.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations.
- Providing training to the sales team across the country.

Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (Economics), Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum three years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in D&O insurance underwriting.
- Hands-on experience in product development.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law.
- Extensive background in E&O insurance.
- Knowledge and certification in Agile methodologies.
- Ambitious and eager to explore new solutions and working methods.
