Job Overview We are seeking an innovative and strategic professional to join our team as a Business Strategy Formulation Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business by formulating and implementing strategies that drive growth and success. About the Role The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, with experience in formulation, implementation, evaluation, and iteration. You will be responsible for identifying key indicators, initiatives, and implementation paths to ensure strategy feasibility. Additionally, you will transform strategies into practical approaches suitable for frontline teams, break down objectives, assign tasks, coordinate resources, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure efficient implementation and a closed-loop process. Key Responsibilities Strategy formulation: Develop strategies around different dimensions such as merchant basic information, review, and menus; identify key indicators, key initiatives, and implementation paths to ensure strategy feasibility. Strategy implementation: Transform strategies into practical approaches suitable for frontline teams, rationally break down objectives, assign them to specific individuals and actions; coordinate resources to resolve key bottlenecks, ensuring strategies truly drive team members to achieve business goals. Strategy evaluation and iteration: Evaluate strategy effectiveness through data review and performance evaluation; propose adjustments to inefficient processes, forming a closed-loop strategy iteration system to continuously optimize city-level business. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree or above. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the internet industry. Familiarity with sales processes and rhythms, experience in strategy development and incentive mechanism design. Possess clear logical thinking ability. Familiarity with SQL and common business analysis methods, strong data sensitivity, and ability to independently analyze business problems and propose optimization suggestions. Ability to independently manage projects from initiation to completion. Ability to efficiently coordinate internal and external teams, drive the execution of complex projects, and ensure timely completion of tasks. English CET-6 or above. A strong command of English is a plus.
