Job Opportunity A crucial role in our laboratory setup is available for a Formulation Development Expert . The selected candidate will be responsible for developing practical tools to support the sales force by preparing formulations that utilize Vantage raw materials. This position involves providing technical support for laboratory work, focusing on formulation development. In this capacity, you will work closely with global R&D and Marketing teams to ideate, identify, and develop new personal care applications that promote Vantage products globally. Key responsibilities include: Developing formulations for major customers, Evaluating their performance, Creating market-relevant concepts that promote Vantage technologies through marketing campaigns and customer events. This role requires a science-driven project leader who can plan, manage, support, and execute formulation and product development projects in LATAM, with a special emphasis on Brazil. The scientist will also design and perform necessary performance tests to demonstrate and reinforce the value proposition of Vantage technologies. We are looking for an expert in formulating products that can grow Vantage Personal Care in LATAM and globally.
