The Customer Service Representative will manage and develop the order fulfillment process, striving for excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally the Customer Service Representative needs to support a participative environment by open communication and being an active supporter for a positive team atmosphere.Performance requires a broad-based knowledge of customer service, order management and supporting systems and processes. Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing concepts are helpful.
