Company Overview Doctoralia, a Docplanner Group company, is present in 13 countries and serves more than 55 million patients while processing over 15 million appointments per month. The platform hosts 2 million healthcare professionals and has collected 10 million patient evaluations to date. Our mission is to "Help people live longer, healthier lives." We offer a marketplace for booking and evaluating appointments, as well as a SaaS system that optimizes office management, patient flow, and online bookings through an internet platform and iOS/Android apps. Job Description We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented person with strong autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. The individual will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders and drive process layout and optimization initiatives. Responsibilities Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, trends, and plans. Review and analyze operational and renewal data, providing insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision‑making. Participate in regional process improvement initiatives. Demonstrate thought leadership around Sales, Marketing, and CS data processes and operations. Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization – we’re a global company after all. Qualifications Experience with Sales/Marketing Ops. Extensive usage of HubSpot. Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies. English proficiency – you’ll use it daily. Experience working in agile environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in tech companies/startups (especially SaaS B2B for SMBs). Strong SQL skills. Experience interacting with Salesforce. Residence in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro.
