Sobre a posição Remoto | HeadOffice.ai – San Francisco Sobre a posição A HeadOffice.ai, empresa americana líder em Agentes de Inteligência Artificial para franquias e PMEs, está em expansão acelerada e busca um(a) Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) para atuar diretamente com grandes contas (Enterprise) no Brasil. Esta é uma posição estratégica, com impacto direto na renovação, expansão e sucesso dos clientes. Responsabilidades Analisar workflows do cliente para identificar oportunidades de usos de Agentes de IA Gerenciar carteira de clientes enterprise (4–6 contas estratégicas). Conduzir QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) e planos de sucesso. Garantir a adoção da plataforma e expansão de uso em diferentes áreas. Identificar e conduzir oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell. Monitorar health score, churn risk e engajamento. Ser a principal ponte entre cliente e áreas internas (Produto, Tech, Comercial). Elaborar relatórios executivos para liderança dos clientes. Requisitos 3+ anos de experiência em Customer Success B2B SaaS. Experiência com contas enterprise (indústria, grandes franquias, serviços). Capacidade de construir relacionamento com stakeholders C-level. Perfil orientado a dados, com experiência em métricas de adoção, churn e expansão. Excelente comunicação oral e escrita em português. Inglês técnico / intermediário para lidar com materiais e equipe global. Diferenciais (nice to have) Experiência com franchising ou redes de varejo / serviços. Vivência em startups ou scale-ups. Conhecimento em ferramentas de CS (HubSpot, Gainsight, Totango ou similares). O que oferecemos Trabalho em uma empresa americana líder em IA.
