Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in Marketing, Sales, Business Development.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in program management, customer loyalty, and demand generation initiatives.
- Experience working in Sales Management.
- Experience working in technical and/or sales engineering, with the ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience in creating or defining marketing campaigns.
- Experience working across countries and teams.
**About the job**:
As Performance Management you will be responsible for managing the Business Intelligence, dashboards and reporting of the Sales Development area within Google Cloud Sales and Marketing.
You will build collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations teams in LATAM, together with Google global Business Intelligence teams, to ensure Sales Development LATAM is aligned with global reporting standards and analyzing performance of the different LATAM Sales Development teams (Inbound, Outbound).
This role will define and implement processes to mitigate risk while maintaining fast and efficient deal flow. You will balance the compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of Google's sales teams, its customers, and the company as a whole. You will work closely with the Sales, Legal, Finance, Production, and Operations teams to manage business initiatives in various areas of the company and will be responsible for the process (scoping, analysis, system implementation, and project managing the contributions of cross-functional individuals).

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a focal point for Sales Development Business Intelligence and reporting across different Sales Development LATAM and Global teams, as well as Sales, Marketing and other Google internal departments.
- Align with marketing measurement and criteria for Engagement Records count, and measure SLA (ERs touch on Service Level Agreements) from different teams.
- Consolidate and prepare dashboards and presentations for Sales Development.
