This highly strategic role is focused on driving innovation, automation, analytics, and enhancing the user experience within a complex environment.Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement the strategic technology and digitalization roadmap aligned with business objectives.- Lead automation, robotization, and digital squads initiatives aimed at optimizing industrial processes.- Ensure the delivery of strategic projects, guaranteeing efficiency and impact on results.- Act as a facilitator for solution architecture and user experience, promoting simplification and innovation in technological solutions.- Drive the Analytics area, ensuring data is used strategically for decision-making.- Develop internal partnerships to co-create solutions between business areas and the technology team.- Connect with teams in other countries to exchange best practices and innovations.- Lead and develop the team to ensure high performance and result-driven delivery.Technical and Behavioral Requirements:- Solid experience in leading IT and digital teams in industrial environments.- Knowledge of system architecture, user experience (UX), and digitalization of industrial processes.- Experience managing automation, robotization, and analytics projects.- Ability to lead digital transformation with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation.- Strong capability to simplify processes and ensure effective delivery, with a results-oriented mindset.- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.- Fluent English for international interactions.
