Keeta is the international subsidiary of Meituan, one of the world's largest tech and delivery ecosystems, with a bold mission: help people eat better and live better.As we prepare to launch our app in Brazil, we are building a team of exceptional people ready to shape culture, communication and engagement at scale.About the RoleThe Head of Courier Culture and Communication will lead the full communication and community strategy for riders in Brazil.This role blends digital marketing, social media, storytelling and community building with the mission of making riders feel valued, connected and proud to be part of Keeta.What You'll Do:Lead the communication and content strategy for riders across digital channelsTransform social media into a true relationship and community hubBuild narratives, campaigns and storytelling that strengthen identity and pridePlan and execute events, activations and community initiativesDevelop partnerships with influencers, creators and key community voicesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in Digital Marketing, Content, Social Media or Community ManagementStrong storytelling, communication and creative direction skillsExperience leading social channels, agencies and influencer collaborationsHands-on, organized and comfortable managing multiple projectsAvailability to work on-site in São Paulo and advanced English preferredWhat You'll Find HereA multicultural and dynamic environment with international exposureFreedom to build, create and innovate with large-scale impactCollaboration with global teams and leadershipOpportunity to shape the cultural foundation of Keeta's rider communityHow to Apply
