Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in customer research, analytics, and insights development.
- 4 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an analytical, leadership, and people management role.
- Experience managing complex projects in a project management office and working in online sales, business-development, and/or digital advertising.
- Experience in an analytical, problem solving, strategic project management role while working with data to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of Google's business intelligence (BI) and Analytics toolchain (e.g., BigQuery, GoogleSQL, Workspace, Data Studio, or equivalent).
- Ability to build excellent communication and skills to influence executive stakeholders.

As an Analytics and Insights Manager you will help clients get their marketable assets online in an affordable and measurable way. You'll combine exceptional sales and marketing knowledge, deep industry and marketing agency relationships, compelling communication/presentation skills and inspired prospecting/analytical abilities to develop and manage business as well as grow existing business. In addition, you will represent Google at industry events and conferences and will develop an external profile as an industry and digital expert.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define, analyze, and prioritize key metrics and performance indicators for the Large Customer Sales management team.
- Conduct business analytics and define priorities to support Large Customer Sales strategies. Develop and maintain an executive-level sales dashboard, including business growth metrics.
- Interact cross-functionally with a variety of teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and work across regional teams to implement dashboards, make recommendations based on data, and provide support to the Large Customer Sales management team.
- Coordinate quarterly executive and business management deliverables. Support/lead strategic projects and initiatives per quarter, providing insightful analysis on campaign performance, and identify, develop, and implement process improvements for timely aggregation of data.
