The role of a Business Data Insights Manager is pivotal in fostering a data-driven decision-making culture throughout the organization.
This senior-level position involves translating complex business and marketing data into actionable insights that drive growth strategies.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks to analyze performance and identify strategic opportunities for optimization.
- Leverage your analytical mindset to partner with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Brand, Partnerships, Product, Data, and Finance.
You will be responsible for building impactful marketing dashboards using Sigma, Google Analytics, Heap, and Looker to drive business decisions.
- Analyze marketing campaigns across channels to optimize performance and resource allocation.
- Define and track key metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention, Conversion Rates) to evaluate business health.
The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Gathering client requirements and understanding technical specifications;
- Preparing use cases, performing gap analysis, and translating into functional requirements;
- Working closely with the technical team to communicate requirements;
- Applying system configuration according to functional requirements;
- Documenting test scope based on functional requirements to collaborate with testers to build detailed test cases;
The ideal candidate will have experience working with marketing data, analytics tools, and databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
