Business Data Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data monitoring, analysis, and insights into business growth points.
Your primary goal will be to timely locate and warn of business problems and risk points, construct data reports to promote business data products, and enhance operational efficiency of the sales and operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data monitoring system, ensuring timely identification and reporting of business issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine data metrics frameworks, addressing diverse analytical needs.
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, using clear and concise language to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis and data analysis, preferably in a head internet analyst position.
- Excellent logical thinking and structured analysis skills; independent thinking and discernment.
- Proficiency with commonly used data analysis tools and solid mathematical statistics foundations.
