Title And Summary Sales Analytics Senior Specialist Overview Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (SMEs) are a critical driver of global economic growth and represent 75% of the global workforce and about 50% of the global GDP. SMEs foster inclusion: minorities own 45% of small businesses, and 1/3 of small businesses are women-owned. Mastercard’s strategy focuses on driving growth by developing innovative solutions and expanding product distribution to SMEs. Responsibilities Manage the P&L and key business indicators of the unit, developing dashboards and analytical views to monitor the performance of the SME product portfolio. Lead the development and management of SME products for the Brazilian market, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Develop and execute strategies and tactical plans for marketing, communication, go-to-market, and distribution channels. Develop commercial strategies and foster relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to drive adoption of SME products in the Brazilian market. Qualifications Strong technical skills in data analysis, including the ability to create reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Solid understanding of product management across all dimensions: Marketing, Sales Channels, and Commercial Strategy. Prior experience and deep knowledge of the card payment ecosystem and payment flows, especially in Commercial Payments. Analytical and innovative mindset, with a strong understanding of matrix organizations. Ability to navigate both technical and business-oriented conversations effectively. Excellent writing skills, with experience in developing training materials, product documentation, and user guides. Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Availability to be in the office 3x per week. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
