Sales Manager – Flow Control and Safety Systems Valves – Brazil (Sao Paulo/Bahia)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts across Brazil. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the chemical, petrochemical and industrial markets, with a strong focus on strategic customer engagement, project development, and long-term growth.

You will work closely with EPCs, OEMs, and end users, managing complex sales cycles and driving high-impact opportunities from prospecting to close. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of our business in the region.

As a Sales Manager, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and executing a direct sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Sao Paulo Region.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including EPCs, OEMs, and end users.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including large-scale projects.
  • Leading complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Providing market intelligence and competitive insights to refine commercial strategies.
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have B2B sales experience in the relevant markets. Experience with industrial valves, control or instrumentation is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a track record of success in developing and managing direct sales strategies.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze markets and design effective business strategies.
  • Exhibit excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in complex sales environments.
  • Be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a global matrix organization.
  • Have a hands-on leadership style with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Be fluent in English and native Portuguese speaker.
  • Be willing to travel up to 30–40% of the time within Brazil and occasionally internationally.
