**What do you need to succeed?**
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Extensive experience in healthcare administration roles
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Additional Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administrative roles
- Exceptional written English skills
- Proficient in handling medical administrative responsibilities
Nice to Have:
- Background in Psychiatry or Therapy (minimum 5 years)
- Familiarity with HIPAA protocol
- Experience with Google Workspace, Electronic Health Records (EHR) for billing, and HR processes
