The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time leader. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while also helping end users. You will contribute to the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work with a fast-moving, security-first environment and collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. This role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Be the first line of support for employees; own support channels and provide outstanding assistance via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Troubleshoot and manage macOS in an enterprise environment; troubleshoot using terminal and related workflows. Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to the knowledge base. Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Handle incidents and issues through to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and balance workloads. Work on projects in sprints with Jira; apply agile methods and align work to team and company goals. Set and pursue objectives and key results with minimal direction. What You Bring To Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc. Experience with open source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; API integration experience. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping and customs familiarity. Strong communication skills across media; clear, friendly, concise writing; culturally aware. Commitment to security (understanding of PGP) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching). Methodical troubleshooting aligned with OSI model; strong self-management and prioritization skills. Ability to work in ambiguity and drive projects across multiple teams. Nice To Haves Some familiarity with AWS; no certifications required. Experience with GAM and command-line efficiency improvements. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
