The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate will support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within security-first, rapidly growing environments. The role reports to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Provide customer-facing IT support and act as the first line of assistance for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM, EMM, Jamf, etc.). Contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks. Respond to and resolve critical incidents; manage tickets and prioritize work; participate in projects over sprints using Agile methods (Jira). Set and pursue personal objectives aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open-source tools (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and workflows in Okta; API integration experience. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; knowledge of hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Strong communication skills; ability to write and convey ideas clearly in tickets, email, and Slack. Proficiency in troubleshooting, macOS enterprise management, and security best practices. Self-management skills to scope projects and collaborate across teams; comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration. Nice to Haves Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.
