At our company, we connect Brazilian and LATAM talent with top North American clients. We're now seeking sales professionals ready to join our team.

Job Description

We're looking for proactive sales individuals who can prospect actively, manage a strong B2B pipeline, and qualify leads. You'll respond fast to inbound opportunities, book meetings with US executives, and close deals. You'll also track activities and KPIs in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

As a sales representative, you'll work directly with the US market, earning in reais and dollars, and growing your career globally. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with US clients
  • CRM/prospecting tools experience
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
