About the Role As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new team members have a seamless start with our organization. You will facilitate all aspects of the onboarding process, from collecting documents to welcoming employees on their first day. Key Responsibilities: Support and coordinate all stages of the new hire onboarding process. Collect and review employee documentation and background checks. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other teams to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and system access. Send welcome communications, onboarding materials, and essential first-day information. Assist in scheduling and conducting onboarding sessions or orientations. Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and reports. Provide guidance and support to new hires during their initial days. Help identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.
