**Your mission on the team**:
You will be responsible for structuring the research discipline at Digibee, as there are already UX people doing research and using methods to feed our strategy, but we need to give more structure and quality to these efforts. You will work by defining processes, raising the discipline to other areas, educating people who already do research here, and giving structure to consistency, reuse and access to results. You will also help to conduct research that is at a more strategic level and contribute to the growth of the area.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Build and evolve research processes, contribute to the adoption of research tools and govern the implementation of methods in teams;
- Help develop a research culture among Product Managers and Product Designers, as well as lead the organization to understand customer needs, challenges and problems;
- Lead research initiatives across the organization;
- Conduct research and encourage the design of hypotheses to generate the desired results for the problems collected;
- Support teams in defining research, recruitment, process, metrics and validation strategies;
- Focus on the continuous evolution of products based on data;
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Production and Operations teams, sharing and generating understandings.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of at least 4 years with Product and Design teams;
- Extensive experience in planning and execution in various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative;
- Ability to influence and negotiate between areas;
- Excellent Portuguese and English: verbal and written communication skills;
- Interest and ability to educate people in the research area;
- Experience in structuring the research area will be an advantage;
- Experience with Continuous Discovery Habits will be a plus.
