Somos uma empresa de logística que oferece serviços em todas as modalidades de transporte: aéreo, marítimo, terrestre, carga crítica, carga projetada, consultoria (5PL), consolidados aéreos, em indústrias como: automotiva, aeroespacial, perecíveis, manufatura, alta tecnologia, varejo, construção, equipamentos, vinícola, têxtil, tabaco, agroindústria, química, saúde e energia.


Você criará seu portfólio de contas por meio da prospecção, fornecendo soluções logísticas com base nas necessidades individuais dos clientes, usando uma abordagem de vendas consultivas que fornecerá a oportunidade de navegar pelos ciclos de vendas e desenvolver estratégias de crescimento específicas para as contas. No dia-a-dia você irá:

· Prospectar leads e construir um pipeline, por meio de uma variedade de técnicas, incluindo cold-calling;

· Registro diário no CRM, manter uma ferramenta de pipeline atualizada e relatar notas de reunião;

· Criação de estratégias de vendas reunindo informações de mercado, analisando oportunidades e documentando a metodologia de vendas;

· Negociar com os clientes para garantir taxas lucrativas e satisfação do cliente;

· Manter um forte entendimento da indústria, incluindo tarifas, transportadoras, capacidades de carga e equipamentos;

· Colaborar com os membros da equipe para garantir os termos de venda (negociação de tarifas, identificação de transportadoras e equipamentos especializados, etc.).

Requisitos:

· Diploma de bacharel em áreas de Comercio exterior, administração, vendas ou áreas correlatas;

· Idioma: Inglês nível avançado. Espanhol será um diferencial;

· 3 anos de experiência em vendas e gerenciamento de contas na indústria de agenciamento de carga;

· Experiência no desenvolvimento da indústria aeroespacial será um grande diferencial;

· Forte ética de trabalho, automotivação e impulso de vendas;

· Habilidades de tomada de decisão confiante;

· Comunicação eficaz e profissional;

· Experiência usando Salesforce.com ou produto de CRM similar é uma vantagem.
