Overview

The Account Manager plays a vital role in building and maintaining successful business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's sustainable growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive support and resolving issues effectively.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring transaction accuracy, tracking performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues or concerns, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, telecommunications, computer sciences or related majors.
  • Technical sales experience in the telecom market.
  • Proven ability to secure orders in the competitive market.
  • Familiar with telecom solutions; possessing the knowledge of the markets, products, processes, etc.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English as it is used daily.
