We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Revenue Operations Manager for the Individual Doctors segment (B2C2B). This role oversees revenue lifecycle across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Customer Success Ops, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and growth.
As part of Doctoralia, a leading digital healthcare platform in Brazil and part of the Docplanner Group, you will play a key role in scalable growth through data-driven decisions, operational optimization, and seamless go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy for the segment;
- Partner with leadership to design and optimize lead-to-revenue processes;
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools to monitor performance;
- Lead system and tooling enhancements (CRM, marketing automation, customer platforms);
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives;
- Create lead scoring, routing, and segmentation logic;
- Design playbooks and workflows to enhance adoption and retention;
- Ensure governance, data hygiene, and operational rigor across platforms.
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar (MBA is a plus);
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations;
- Managing cross-functional revenue funnels (Marketing, Sales, CS);
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive), BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Strong analytical skills (SQL knowledge is a plus);
- Fluent in Portuguese and business English.
