Financial Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our financial operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy in reporting and identifying opportunities for process improvement. This role involves leading the setup and optimization of financial tools, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel/Google Sheets, for enhanced financial visibility. Collaborating with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives is also key. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities will be a critical part of this position. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations. Hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO) is necessary, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily financial operations, including reconciliations and reporting. Oversight of payroll and contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Servicing invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow. Leading the setup and optimization of financial tools for improved visibility. Collaboration with leadership on process improvements and automation initiatives. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations. Hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
